2011 Schedule

April 29, 2011 ~ The 55th Annual Willa Cather Spring Conference will be held in Red Cloud, Nebraska. The theme for the conference honoring the prominent American writer will be "Willa Cather and Her Popular Culture."
For additional information about the Willa Cather Foundation visit the website.
RIN TIN TIN will also make an appearance at a local school and care facility while in Red Cloud.

September 11, 2010 ~ Alamance Kennel Club Responsible Dog Ownership Day, at the Jiggs Askew Memorial Dog Park in Burlington, North Carolina.
All proceeds from this event will benefit the Alamance County Humane Society's Low Cost Spay/Neuter Clinic
Some of the attractions will be: Agility, herding and flyball demos, K9 Unit demonstrations, Owner/pet games, Dog vender booths, Microchhip & rabies clinics, Many breed rescue groups, breed clubs, door prizes, and drawings.

October 9, 2010 ~ As part of the Silent Film Series there will be Two showings; one public, one private of The Lighthouse by the Sea (1924) at the Willamette Oaks Retirement Community, Eugene, Oregon on Saturday, October 9; 1:30 and 7 p.m (WH)
The Silent Film Series goes to the dogs in a special program benefiting Greenhill Humane Society. The Lighthouse by the Sea is a thrilling action-adventure tale featuring the great canine star Rin Tin Tin. A personalized message from RIN TIN TIN will be read, and everyone will receive an autographed picture.
Willamette Oaks resident Mary Griggs will provide live piano accompaniment to the silent film. Lon Davis is your host. Admission: one dog food item. 90 minutes. For additional information contact Lon Davis

December 17, 2008 ~ Rin Tin Tin visits school children
Rinty joined LaFreida Huddleston along with their friends from the PAWS Therapy Group and paid a visit to Central Elementary School in Calhoun, Louisiana. Members of PAWS joining Rin Tin Tin included including Maureen with Buddy and Chopper; Claudia Long and Mr. Spot; and Savannah and Sparky. While in Louisiana, Rin Tin Tin also joined the PAWS group during the holiday season to "Ring the Bell" for the Salvation Army. See additional Photos of the event
